The online personalized products or changes in graphic design are subject to price and payable upon delivery of the site.

Goods travel at the risk of the recipient. The cost of delivery, unless otherwise agreed, is Digipole's responsibility

Digipole is not considered responsible rom these delivery obligations in the following cases:

When paying cash, a discount of 0.70% per month is permissible provided that the payment to be made not later than eight days after the invoice date.
